Dusty Geno

Co-Owner and Artistic Director

Dusty Geno is the Co-Founder and Director of 3rd Coast Dance Studio in Magnolia, Texas. Miss Dusty previously owned Adagio Dance Academy in Westfield, Indiana, building strong community relationships and training dancers across multiple disciplines. She later taught ballet for a studio in Las Vegas. Dusty also studied Business Administration through Purdue University Global, further strengthening her knowledge of organizational leadership and business management. Her commitment focuses on developing technically strong, creatively confident dancers.

Her students have achieved significant success, including securing roles in TV and film, and earning college and convention scholarships, reflecting her ability to prepare them for opportunities beyond the studio. Dusty also has extensive professional experience working in corporate environments. Her time in executive roles strengthened her skills in strategic planning, communication, business development, and organizational leadership —skills that now serve as the foundation for building a sustainable, community-centered arts organization in Magnolia.

In addition to her corporate work, Dusty collaborated closely with the City of Westfield, Indiana, where she served as a member of the Westfield Arts Alliance and Westfield Farmers Market. Both roles allowed Dusty to help shape early arts programming and community engagement initiatives, further deepening her commitment to using the arts as a catalyst for connection, cultural growth, and local identity.
