Ballet is the foundation of our training program and the cornerstone of all dance education at 3rd Coast Dance Studio.

Pre-Pointe classes prepare dancers for pointe work through specialized strengthening exercises, alignment training, ankle stability, and technical development. Advancement to pointe is based on age, strength, technical proficiency, and faculty evaluation to ensure safe and healthy progression.

Our Homeschool Fine Arts Program provides homeschool students with exceptional daytime dance education in a supportive, inspiring environment. Our Adult Ballet program welcomes beginners through experienced dancers in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Inspired by Finis Jhung's philosophy that ballet should be accessible to every body type and experience level, classes focus on alignment, posture, balance, strength, flexibility, and the joy of movement.
Whether returning to dance or stepping into the studio for the first time, students will gain strength, confidence, grace, and a deeper appreciation for the art of ballet.
